Partynote(以下「当運営」)は、本サイトおよび当運営の動画投稿用アプリ(以下「本アプリ」)における情報の取り扱いを次のとおり定めます。
本アプリは、当運営が自分の YouTube チャンネル(Partynote)に動画を投稿・予約し、自分の動画の再生数などを確認するためだけに使う内部用のツールです。当運営以外の方は利用できません。一般の利用者はこのアプリを使わず、一般の利用者の Google データは取得しません。
本アプリは、Google のログイン(OAuth)を通じて、当運営自身の YouTube チャンネルへの投稿の権限と、当運営自身のチャンネル・動画の情報(タイトル、公開状態、再生数など)を取得します。当運営以外の方の情報は取得しません。
取得した情報は、当運営の動画の投稿・予約と、次の動画づくりの参考にするためだけに使います。
ログインの認証情報は当運営の手元のパソコンにのみ保存し、外部のサーバーには保存しません。取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売・公開することはありません。動画の情報は次の動画づくりに必要な間だけ手元に置き、不要になれば削除します。連携を解除したときは、保存した認証情報を削除します。
本アプリによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用と他のアプリへの移転は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー(Limited Use の要件を含む)に従います。
本アプリは YouTube API Services を利用しています。YouTube の利用規約(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)および Google のプライバシーポリシー(https://policies.google.com/privacy)が適用されます。本アプリに与えた権限は、Google のセキュリティ設定(https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)からいつでも取り消せます。
本サイトは、アクセス解析や広告のための Cookie を使っていません。ただし、サイトを置いているサービスの通常のアクセスログが記録される場合があります。本サイトと本アプリは子ども向けではありません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定し、改定日とともに本ページに掲載してお知らせします。

About the app. The Partynote uploader is an internal-use tool used only by the operator of the Partynote YouTube channel to upload and schedule videos to that channel and to view statistics of its own videos. It is not offered to anyone else; general users do not use this app, and no general user's Google data is accessed.
Information accessed. Through Google OAuth, the app accesses only the operator's own YouTube channel: permission to upload videos, and the channel's own video data (titles, privacy status, view counts). It does not access any other user's data.
Use. The data is used only to publish the operator's videos and to plan future videos.
Storage and sharing. OAuth credentials are stored only on the operator's local computer. No data is stored on external servers, and no data is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties. Video data is kept only as long as needed for planning and then deleted. When access is revoked, stored credentials are deleted.
Limited Use. Partynote's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google APIs. This app uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The hosting service may record standard access logs. This site and app are not directed to children.
Changes. Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with the revision date.
